SRITW or Sumathi Reddy Institute of Technology for Women, Warangal, Telangana, was instituted in the year 2009. This women only institute is the part of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad & is approved by AICTE – All India Council for Technical Education. Situated over an area of 5.25 Acre, the college has the capacity for 1,010 students in six B.Tech specialisations for a total of undergraduate programmes. The institute has 117 faculties including members to support the appropriate student-teacher ratio. Serving the cause of engineering education, SRITW has established itself more importantly as an institution that contributes to the development of the female talent in the science and technology discipline in particular.
